Sample Policies for Non-Profit Human Resource Management

The National Council of Nonprofit Associations has sample policies, forms, and job descriptions for the nonprofit industry. As the site states:

Because many nonprofit organizations have a small staff, these activities are often carried out by someone other than a human resource professional. Yet it is still the responsibility of the organization and to ensure that employees have - and are aware of - personnel policies, interoffice procedures, job descriptions, and other relevant policies.
